The hotel was clean, from the restaurants to the rooms. The facilities were great, with multiple pools and a beach club nearby. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to both the airport and a shopping center with great dining options. the staff were pretty good too ensure a pleasant stay.

Lots of beach chairs available, no need to wake up early. Spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of music, slightly loud. Exceptional service at breakfast. Mizumi restaurant offers amazing Asian cuisine. Expensive but worth it. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. Ample staff always willing to help. Brother had room issues, quickly resolved with an upgrade to a junior suite. Master suite luxurious with comfortable bed. Private beach club is fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a large mall, markets, and the Scala beach club. Guests can easily explore these attractions without having to travel far. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The service from the staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed throughout their stay. One negative aspect is that the karaoke and casino facilities are not available.

If you're attending a convention, the location of this hotel is hot in the business center. It is also close to a large mall, making it convenient for shopping. The Marche restaurant offers a great dining experience. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff at the pool bar is warm and friendly, providing great service. There is a variety of food options for breakfast, including freshly made slushie drinks.

The hotel lacks night life and daytime entertainment.

Lots of beach chairs; plenty of space to relax! Amazing that I didn't have to get up early to find a place by the pool. Great big towels. Mizumi, the Asian restaurant is amazing! Staff are very courteous and really want to help. The resort has everything you need for an excellent vacation. The food is excellent, with a wide variety at the buffets. Multiple pools are fabulous. All the rooms are beautiful, from the suites to the more affordable options. Beds are very comfortable. Services available cover all your needs, and the staff will bend over backwards to fulfill your requests.

On a more positive note, the hotel did have a few redeeming qualities. The availability of beach chairs was plentiful, providing ample space to relax and enjoy the sun. The resort's location, being only a short distance from the airport, was convenient and a definite plus. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals at the Asian restaurant with a delicious dining experience.

My experience at this hotel was not as great as I had hoped. the check-in process was quite slow and inefficient, taking longer than expected.

Good hotel experience. The beach is far, but a bus connects the two hotels. Upgraded room upon arrival. Adults-only pool provides comfort. Breakfast included with plenty of choices. Helpful staff and enough of them. No issues, would return anytime. Lots of beach chairs and space to relax. No need to wake up early for pool. Mizumi, the Asian restaurant, is expensive but worth it. Great breakfast buffet and good price. Super staff in the restaurant and lobby bar.

The hotel was pretty good with its beautiful pools and grounds. The food at the restaurants was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. We loved the convenience of the nearby beach club. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Acapulco. The service was excellent, and the staff were very good too make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also had access to three different beaches, a great bonus. The gym and spa were great, and I really enjoyed using them. I had a fantastic experience at Palacio Mundo Imperial and I would definitely recommend it to others.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, including a constantly running toilet and slow drains in the sinks. Despite reporting these issues, they were not adequately addressed.

Staying at this exclusive hotel was a luxury experience that fulfilled all my needs. the amenities and services provided were exceptional. the spa centre and massage were the best I have ever experienced. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing, and the garden area was a great place to relax. the restaurant and snack bar provided delicious food with special diet menus. the location advantages of this hotel made it easy to walk or take transportation to different places.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment. this did not diminish the amazing stay I had at the hotel.

We recently spent a week at a luxurious 5, star hotel in Acapulco. the venue was stunning, with beautiful gardens, multiple swimming pools , one of them was an exclusive adult, only area, and a gourmet restaurant. the Spa centre offers an array of massage and sauna options. We loved the exquisite bar/lounge area for chilling out. the private facilities were unique, with a vast selection of special menus for all its international guests.

There was one minor issue with the service, where the language barrier created some confusion. But it did not derail our overall experience.
